I facilitate healing for bodies, business and brands.

My approach is called Relational Energetic Somatic Therapy™– REST for short. It’s my own amalgamation, tested and proven over a 7-year span of study, research and practice.

Relationship is connection.
Energy is lifeforce.
Soma is the body.
Therapy is relief.

We are always In relationship– from the deepest recesses of self– to the farthest expanses of space and time. Each and every dimension informs our individual and collective experience in the most one-of-a-kind way.

Our time together will be comprised of conversation, deep listening, attunement, intuitive guidance, and table work (when in person, with light touch or none, depending on your preferences).

I will not ask you to change, or change anything. In fact, I will ask nothing of you, but to be present, as you are, without adjustments.

The most common effect is a deep state of relaxation. Some people even fall asleep. Some see colors, feel twinges in their body, receive visitations, visuals or messages. And some feel absolutely nothing at all.

Additional tools, methodologies, recommendations or referrals may be may be provided as well.

Each experience is bespoke, totally unique, completely safe, complementary to your current protocols, and always exactly what’s needed.

I aim to create the most supportive, compassionate container for your unique needs.

Some of my clients look forward to returning on a weekly basis, while others reserve blocks of time when there’s a particular issue they’d like to focus on.

The choice is entirely yours. There’s no right, wrong, or standard protocol that works the same for everyone. Your spirit knows best and I’m here to facilitate.

The Session first visit is typically 2-3 hours

The Session follow ups are typically 1-2 hours

The Series typically spans 5-6 hours over the course of 3 sessions

The Bridge typically spans a minimum of 6 hours over the course of 3 sessions (plus additional remote work)

Virtual sessions are generally 1 hour online, with distance work completed separately

I leave plenty of space in between appointments so we’re never rushed. There is no penalty for rescheduling prepaid sessions.

Like a latch, so it is with us humans– pressure must be decreased and released before there is an opening.

Whenever we touch on something truly true, we release the belief we are a problem to be solved, and instead remember that we already are the solution.

I do have some further inklings about why this works so well– but I choose to reserve judgement as putting a stake in the ground has the potential to limit what we experience together through these transformative sessions.

My favorite analogy is Wi-Fi… it’s invisible, powerful and we all KNOW it works.

There’s something liberating about accepting life is a mystery and not everything can be explained. We’ve taken our best guesses and come up with some really convincing theories but what we truly know barely scratches the surface!

Your only preparation is to be comfortable. Dress in loose clothing and wear socks if you tend to feel chilly.

It’s helpful to be hydrated and avoid substances before and after your session to experience the treatment fully.

If we meet in-person you may choose to relax on the heated table with a blanket, pillow, bolster and eye shade to make the experience especially cozy.

If you are sensitive to scents or materials please let me know 24 hours before we meet.

If you are comfortable sharing your birth date, time and location, please send that information to me ahead of our session as well.

Absolutely! This work is not limited by spacetime and is equally effective from a distance. Sessions may be conducted by video, voice or email.

We begin our time together with dialogue, and the remainder is transmitted separately at a mutually agreed upon time. You do not need to be resting while I work on your behalf– though I always encourage rest so you certainly can be!

My studio is conveniently located just 20 miles northwest of New York City, in Bergen County, NJ. The exact address will be provided upon booking.

Sessions are typically held indoors, however in warmer weather we may choose to meet in my outdoor sanctuary.

No, I am neither. I possess a certain sensitivity that allows me to see, hear, feel and know deeply. My intuitive gifts are intended to deliver only the most essential information that’s needed for the highest and best of all involved at that moment in time.

I have tremendous respect for psychic and mediumistic work– it can be very healing when done with the utmost integrity (and when done irresponsibly, it can also harm). I encourage you to trust yourself first and always be discerning.

That said, I do have regular conversations with my loved ones on the other side. You can do this too– I invite you to give it a try!
