Relational Energetic Somatic Therapy or REST™ is at the heart of everything I do. Relationship is context. Energy is lifeforce. Soma is the body. Therapy is relief.

This approach, engineered by me, tested and proven over seven years, tends to the whole of you– as one utterly unique being, living one precious life, in one incredible body. This work helps re-pattern the body so every shift is remembered biologically. No striving toward health and wholeness. No metrics. No dependency. Just a state of compassionate exploration– and a deep, lasting and cumulative sense of relief.

Our time together will be comprised of conversation, deep listening, attunement, intuitive guidance, and table work with light touch or none, depending on your preferences. I will not ask you to change, or change anything. In fact, I will ask nothing of you, but to be present, as you are, without adjustments. Each experience is bespoke, totally unique, completely safe, complementary to your current protocols, and always exactly what’s needed.

The Series is a great place to start. With REST as the foundation, we begin with a comprehensive intake to understand the unique constellation of your experience, reconvene to assess and gently deepen our work, then follow up again to close the loop and integrate.

The Retreat is a special treat. A bespoke, completely custom full or multiple day intensive for deep, restorative, transformational work. Using your birth information combined with your unique needs, preferences and desires, we strategically craft an itinerary of resonant experiences in biocompatible environments that enable you to relax, unwind and come back to yourself. Includes a Field Trip and hands-on healing. A great way to deep dive on a topic, honor a milestone, celebrate a special occasion, initiate a reset, integrate healing work, or just enjoy a burden-free day of compassionate care. There is no limit to where we can go together. Meals and travel included.
